I just recently went to a TNT stand and noticed a QR code on the assortment I bought stating download app and scan QR code to watch preview. downloaded the app scanned the QR code and my screen just went dim , no video , no loading screen just dim white screen tried closing and re opening app multiple times and still get the same error

Was really hoping to see new AR fireworks, specially for all the artillery/reloadable fireworks this year. Hope you guys dont phase out this feature. It’s one of the main features that makes this app really cool

Im a long time customer that buys lots of fireworks at least twice each year for past 20+ years. This past July 4 holiday, I was disappointed when my ‘opening firework’ , a large aerial display called Monster Mayhem did NOT IGNITE completely (only a few of 42 mortar type fireworks shot into sky) . really think it ruined my entire ‘show’. I’ve requested refund online (only way to do so), twice maybe 3 times, each time submitting receipts & photos of ‘Monster Mayhem/unshot shells’ . I’ve yet to receive refund (it’s been over 6 months )! HELEN WALKER - Marietta, GA
