Recent reviews

This will be my 3rd year using the Radbox. The hardware is good but this software is horrible. Was considering getting a Radbox2 but it uses this same app. Has not had an update in over 2 years, the app is extremely buggy these days.

I can’t even get a show completed, because every time I switch apps to do something, tighten Firefly clears all my work and starts over at the WARNING screen! I’ve been shooting fireworks off for almost 6 decades. I don’t need to be warned every time I open the goddamn app. 😡 Two extra stars for developer being available for actual human to human chat. Maybe we can work this mess out. In the meantime, I guess this is 1982 again , where you have to SAVE SAVE SAVE SAVE SAVE your work, or LOSE IT! 😝
