This game is almost perfect. The progression is great, the graphics are great, the customization is great, there’s plenty to do, etc etc. The one thing that bothers me is IT’S SO PAY TO WIN! There’s constantly pop-ups asking you to spend money on a pass, or a chest, or a hero, etc etc etc. There’s basically an in-game class divide between people willing to spend money, and people who aren’t. Yes, you CAN play without spending money. But they will constantly dangle microtransactions in your face. However, I will give them this: no content is restricted to people who pay. It’s mostly cosmetic or something to speed up progression. But you’ll have to put in 10x the effort of someone willing to pay. Another very minor complaint that I wouldn’t even really say affected my review is that all the female heroes have the same body shape. Cmon, it’s 2026 guys. But yes: overall, very good game. Free to play progression is possible. But they’ll dangle that carrot in front of your nose all day long.
