Simply Knights

I’ll start by saying that this game is definitely fun and unique but its problems outweigh that. First, the controls are horrible and it makes it feel like leaping is the only way to actually land hits. Second, so many of the amours and weapons you get from the chests are just copies of each other with a few style changes and there should be more information on each weapon like it’s swing speed and range. Third, the ai for our teammates is so bad that it feels like I’m playing with blind toddlers. If they matched the enemy team ai then it would be more tolerable. Once again, I do enjoy the game but these issues make it feel painful to play.

First off, I love this game. I wish there were more like it, because it truly is awesome. However, like I said in the title, I have two itches that the game added rather than scratch. Firstly, the lack of a manual attack. I end up having to spam the jump attack because of how long it takes for my knight to actually prep a swing. Easy fix would be a new control to swipe off the edges to attack in that direction. Secondly, the recoil of the jump attack. I like how you jump father with less weight, but no matter what, I still end up taking a hit because of how long I’m kneeling. I just wish running a low weight load also made jump attacks have less recoil, is all. Regardless, five stars, and definitely recommending to friends.
