Simple to use, great chat feature

I went on a tour with EF for a school trip to Italy and it was awful. The only good parts came from the country itself and not from this organization. We were on the plane for over twelve hours between layovers and they would not let us high school students rest. The buses are in bad condition and one of the outlets shocked someone. They make you wait pointlessly in the heat. This trip was expensive and it would have been so much better without using the horrific company. Book with literally ANYONE else.
