There isn't a day that goes by that the chat screen doesn't load, or the entire app will not open, so you spend quite a bit of time either rebooting your phone or deleting and reinstalling the app. Sending a concerned tech support lands on ignored ears. They don't care. We're at the cusp of paying almost 60% in commissions per call, this should Never happened. Literally Everything should he perfect at every minute of the hour. There shouldn't be this much technical issues for the amount of $$$ that advisors pay. It isn't like the olden days, but when corporations pick things up, things go south

No matter how many times they update all of these apps advisor or for the customers they are all still faulty and it’s because they are trying to make keen Keep up with other psychic sites, but on a cheap budget. I don’t know what type of team Ingenio has hired to run keen as a site but they have failed immensely and it’s very disappointing. These sites and how they are designed and being tweaked aren’t strong enough to take all of these pop-ups, along with the constant tweaking and adding things —restructuring the site all year long. I feel is being done on purpose.
