I am extremely disappointed with my overall experience and cannot recommend this service. It has truly downgraded significantly and clearly their focus is on money. My concerns involve both the quality of the readings I received and the way my complaint was handled afterwards. I specifically requested a detailed reading with clear explanations and wrote-out what I wanted to speak about before I purchased the session. Instead, I received what I felt was vague reading that did not address my request or provide depth I had clearly asked for. When I raised these concerns, I explained exactly why I was dissatisfied and why I believe a refund was warranted. Unfortunately, rather than addressing the substance of my complaint, I felt that both of the advisor — Hestia and the other Stunner Oracle and customer support—John, Raymond, and Adrian became defensive. Instead of acknowledging that the service I received did not match what I requested, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and I was left as feeling though no one was genuinely trying to understand my perspective. My interactions with them were particularly disappointing. I clearly explained my concerns on mutiple occasions, yet I felt like my feedback was either misunderstood or disregarded. Rather than engaging with the specifics issues I raised, the responses I received seemed to focus on defending the service instead of fairly evaluating whether my complaint had merit. If I could, I would provide a zero-star. This service had extremely down-graded. To add: Now, the support team suspended my account because I brought this complaint to them. Yet, I didn’t violate any rules other than bringing a complaint which is this.

I always receive the clarity I need with accurate answers this is the best app I have experienced
