Features & Capabilities

EndeavorRx is the first FDA-authorized digital therapeutic game for children 8-17 with ADHD (primarily inattentive or combined-type). It is prescription-based, and activation instructions are sent after a clinician prescribes EndeavorRx. Developed by neuroscientists and award-winning game designers, it uses the Selective Stimulus Management Engine (SSME™) to target attention-related brain networks. In gameplay, kids guide a character through worlds, collect targets, and solve problems, with difficulty adapting in real time to performance. The treatment is indicated to improve attention on digital testing, and federal law restricts sale to orders from licensed health care providers.

EndeavorRx Insight, the caregiver companion app, provides a daily snapshot of in-game progress and effort scores and connects directly to the treatment. It supports follow-up with clinicians as part of a broader therapeutic program that may include therapy, medications, and educational supports. For full safety information and instructions, caregivers and clinicians should refer to EndeavorRx resources and official instructions.

It sucks. It has two things are exactly the same. They look the same and it’s I’m doing my best and I’m doing hell.

On my first day of my ADHD treatment it was going well, but this game just made me rage because I kept losing, it feels like that this just gives kids more mental problems
