EndeavorRx® - Kid

EndeavorRx is the first and only FDA-authorized prescription video game designed to improve attention in children ages 8–17 with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD. Created by neuroscientists and award-winning game designers, it uses SSME™ technology to target attention-related brain systems. Gameplay adapts in real time as children navigate courses, collect targets, avoid obstacles, and solve challenges. Treatment access requires a prescription or order from a licensed health care provider; caregivers receive payment and activation instructions via email after a prescription is issued.

Caregivers can monitor progress with EndeavorRx Insight®, the free companion app that displays daily mission completion and effort scores. Clinical use typically involves playing 5 days per week for 4–6 weeks and has demonstrated improvements on the computerized Test of Variables of Attention (TOVA®). EndeavorRx is intended to be part of a comprehensive therapeutic program that may include clinician-directed therapy, medication, or educational interventions.
