My experience with GetTransfer has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional business relationships I have ever encountered. I completed the services requested of me and fulfilled every obligation under our agreement. In return, I have spent weeks chasing payment that remains overdue. My outstanding balance is US$3,761.65. During this time, I have been repeatedly told that my payment is “guaranteed,” that my case is a priority, that Finance is working on it, and that a manager would contact me within 24 hours. The promised manager never contacted me within that timeframe, and I continued to receive assurances instead of a resolution. As a business partner, I expected timely payment, transparent communication, and adherence to the company’s own contractual terms. Instead, my experience has been marked by delays, missed commitments, and a lack of meaningful follow-through. I cannot recommend GetTransfer to drivers or service providers based on my experience. If you choose to work with this company, be prepared for the possibility of significant delays and the need to repeatedly follow up regarding payment.
