Recent reviews

We’ve requested a service few days in advance, the driver arrived at time but was sitting in his car without any communication. We were waiting for him at the street in front of our hotel looking for the reserved car . I had to call the driver through app and he responded. The car in the reservation was different than the one came to pick us. I reserved a van while a Tesla showed. We took off late to the airport, however, while driving the driver was falling asleep and the car kept moving on auto mode. Luckily we reached safety and reported it to the customer care and the reply was “ sorry use this code for your next ride”. Never again would I ever use this service.

Get transfer doesn’t pay its drivers. If you google “get transfer doesn’t pay its drivers” you will see that this isn’t a new problem- is compounding since 2024. They lose their good drivers and recruit new ones and don’t pay them either! It’s a total scam! Hurting small businesses all over the world. Very disgusting!

No-show, no communication, nothing. Customer service took nearly 3 months to respond and issue a refund. The only reason I got my money back was because I filed a credit card dispute. Completely unreliable. Avoid.
