GetTransfer: Transfers & Rides

This app preys on unsuspecting drivers all over the world who sign up, work hard and complete rides only to never be paid. There are Reddit threads and Facebook groups full of their victims who are owed tens, if not hundreds, of thousands or more. Please do not give them your business as the driver who actually provides you the service will never get paid. It’s shameful that Apple and Google are still hosting this scam app after so many drivers have been filing complaints. I’m suspecting so many drivers don’t show up because they become disgruntled after not getting paid creating an awful situation for riders and drivers.

I understand. If that Absolutely unacceptable. GetTransfer charges customers’ credit cards but fails to pay the drivers who actually perform the service. This business practice hurts both drivers and passengers. Because drivers are not being paid, customers end up dealing with canceled rides, no-shows, and unnecessary stress. A transportation company that collects money from customers but doesn’t properly compensate its drivers is setting everyone up for failure. Until GetTransfer starts paying its drivers fairly and on time, I cannot recommend this company. Drivers deserve to be paid for the work they perform, and customers deserve reliable service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to use a different transportation platform. If the driver actually never showed up for your reservation, I can also include that in the review in a way that accurately reflects what happened.
