I made a reservation 2 week before my travel, the day of the travel they send me an email they change the driver and the car, when I reserved they offer a 2021 Toyota Siena, now 2017 Honda fit. Someone text me by WhatsApp requesting to cancel the trip and dealing directly whit him. I never do that kind of thing because not feel safe. The thing was at my arrival nobody was there to pick me up try to call , text the diver, support just send email no one answer in real time. They still have my money because they are investigating.
