JBER Connect

When I first set up this app I loved it. I got notified there were some alerts posted and I was able to access them and read them. They also stayed in the queue for access later. Now I get flashes of notifications and then when I try to access the alerts in the app, they are nowhere to be found. The alerts from March 15 is at the top of the list with nothing added since then. Why send out notifications if we can’t access them?

In its current state I am unable to create a user profile to sign up for rec access. It’s required on JBER to have signed up for rec access and to check in to the areas on base if you are in them, otherwise you are trespassing. The app will glitch and stop allowing data entry into the required fields, or will not allow you to open the hold harmless agreement, which is required to complete the application. I would have left my feedback in the JBER Connect app, but the feedback tab doesn’t work either. Very frustrating to use, and the interface is not user friendly.

The location of places can be extremely inaccurate, open hours are also not updated. Very difficult to use often. Would not recommend.
