Recent reviews

Purchased a "parking pass" for my card to be charged 4 times and I never got the confirmation email so had to buy another pass through a different app. No costumer service. Nothing. Absolute scam.

We parked in Hoboken,NJ - once you leave the garage you can’t get back in. We had to go find a live person - they had to let us in to get our car, then we had to go back and repark - the machine didn’t recognize we had prepaid so we had to go back to the attendant to let us out - awful app - will never use again !
