I am trying to be a loyal customer to Hertz, but the Raleigh Durham airport location is not very good, I have rented twice from that location and both times the lines were really long and I’m supposedly a gold member. The manager told me since im a gold member I was able to just go and get the car, but unfortunately, there was some sort of problem with your computer system, and the gentleman at the security shed sent me back into the building which also happened to the guy in line behind me. I’m going to be renting from Hertz in Atlanta and we’ll see how that goes but so far I’m not very happy with the Service Hertz provides.
