Recent reviews

Constantly having to call to unlock my card, and when you do call they can’t do anything for 2 days straight. this app doesn’t care if you need the money, but it sure does care if you get another job like it’s any of their business. Forgot to say you can’t unlock it either until your “account gets looked at” it’s stupid really and you spend a lil more than 200 dollars you have to wait two days again. There are so many hoops I have to jump through just to use the card

when you call customer service they hang up on you you can never get anything done all they do is offer to cancel your card for any problem

App has issues constantly and when you call Money Network , they say the app is working fine. Unable to sign in to the app or online, reset password multiple times and it never gets past the sign in screen. I have called three times to get this issue fixed and now I am being told to try signing in on a laptop. How about they fix the website and the app, since apparently I’m not the only one having issues according to these reviews.
