The worst Service the worst app

They can’t send me a working card. I’ve had two now. The first one never worked and the second one was supposedly my original card that I received three weeks after, it won’t activate and you can’t use it. They have issues sending fraud alerts to phone and email and that is what’s blocking me from using a card. They can’t find what’s causing multiple users this outage in their systems.

New review: This app has gotten so much better over the last year or so. I haven’t had any issues with it in a very long time. I have had so many problems with this app. I enter the right password and it won’t let me sign in. This happens over and over and over. Then it keeps asking me if I’m human, and makes me insert a code over and over. Rinse repeat. I have never had to deal with such frustration to look at my own money. I have found that if I enter characters and digits slowly, it’s more accepting and I am able to get in to my account. So basically I type too fast for the app to handle.
