Mobius

I have power heads and return pumps from this company and the hardware with them has been great and very much appreciated which makes me want to love the app because it’s something I need to rely on when I’m doing water changes and feeding and there will be days when it connects as expected and then many, many, too many days where it will never want to connect, I check for constant updates everywhere from my phone IOS, to App Store for the app, to in app updates doesn’t fix the bug, then I’ll log out of it and log back in still doesn’t pair my devices, then I delete it shut down my phone and equipment and reinstall the app and still have the same issue. I’m really hoping this app gets fixed, the actual equipment is so nice. Just can’t rely on the app to do anything unfortunately.

I really like the Versa pumps themselves and the precision they offer for dosing, but the connectivity with Mobius has been extremely frustrating. I’m running four Versas, and when the connection works, the system is great. Unfortunately, I regularly have issues with the app connecting properly or loading the dosing schedules. Right now, all four pumps are showing “The schedule failed to load,” which makes it difficult to confidently manage something as important as reef dosing.
