I’ve had a great experience using the Eversource app. It’s easy to navigate, payments are simple to make, and I like being able to quickly check my balance and energy usage anytime. The outage updates and notifications are also very helpful. Everything is organized clearly, and the app saves a lot of time compared to calling customer service. Very convenient and user-friendly!

Let us review the payment options saved in out account or give the option to delete the account numbers on file if theyre incorrect or financial institutions changed
