This is the official Vermont Lottery 2nd Chance app for viewing eligible instant games, 2nd Chance drawings, and drawing winners. You can scan instant tickets and draw-based jackpot entries (Powerball®, Mega Millions®, etc.) to preview winnings and enter non-winning tickets into 2nd Chance drawings.
