Why is it when I try to downgrade you keep tacking on Google AI for an extra 49.99!? I don’t want that! Remove it or provide an option to remove it. That’s ridiculous. I’m just going to cancel the service entirely and you’re not getting any of my money for your predatory practices. No wonder the EU is leaving you! Ultimate FAIL!
