Customer service you’ll be on hold for hours they just hang up and transfer you around they literally have no clue what they’re doing

I already finished the process in December and today to date they don’t want to help me remove the device I already have 4 months paying for something that I already fulfilled because they only care about charging they don’t provide a good service they are very few professionals they don’t provide you with good service and then you fulfill your time with the device they make it difficult for you and they come back and renew your contract for another year
