With INFINITI InTouch Services Premium, compatible vehicles (2014 and newer) support features like remotely starting/stopping, locking/unlocking, horn and lights, sending POIs to the vehicle, checking status, locating the car, viewing the Vehicle Health Report, and customizable alerts, plus access to an INFINITI Personal Assistant.

Even without a Premium subscription, owners can manage their INFINITI account, schedule service, receive recalls, view service history, follow maintenance schedules, access manuals and guides, review warranty and Roadside Assistance details, and connect to INFINITI support.

The app is really nice, five stars. Latest update (end of May) broke most features. Also the engine start timer is now 10 minutes instead of 20, which is not helpful. Please go back to when it was perfect! Thank you!

I’ve had my Infiniti for 5 months and for 3 months my app has not worked. It is always saying my car is unlocked when it’s not. I can’t use any remote features from my app at all because of this. I’ve called and went to the dealership and all I get is excuses.
