2026-08-24	fe*****	The system needs to stop giving dasher 1 and 2 star reviews. I know it does because I have followed every direction as instructed and yet I still get either a 1 star or 2 star review weekly. You say you investigate every low review but I know that’s not possible because if you did then I wouldn’t be getting low review. First you want to give us barely enough time to make it from pickup to delivery even going double the speed limit. You don’t calculate in long wait times at red lights or bad traffic. Also you need to show us which orders we are getting the bad reviews on because at this point a lot of us believe you are just making it up to keep our ratings close to gold level

2026-08-24	92*****	Some days I feel like I am dashing for just enough pay to keep gas in my car while I dash, which was a huge turnoff. They just sent me a ‘challenge’ to complete 85 deliveries for $85. Im already using MY fuel and adding wear and tear to MY vehicle.

2026-08-24	mk*****	I got a violation for “not delivering food” and when I disputed the violation they rejected!! I called to better explain my issue and they still said “oh well can’t undo it” this is the 2nd time in the last few weeks that they have tried to penalize me for something that was out go my hands. This last time I delivered food to a MIDDLE SCHOOL, which means unless im a parent I CANT go passed security, and that person claimed I didn’t deliver their food “as instructed”. The other two time were when I had gone to pick up the food and the people said another dasher had already picked it up and when I called to be removed from that order they said my acceptance rate was going to go down. CRAZY!! None of that makes sense!! Treating people that work for you like trash is insane.

2026-08-24	Si*****	I feel as though DoorDash is taking advantage of the drivers. The base pay is extremely low at two dollars, even if you’re driving 8, 10, 14 miles. The client pays high service charge fees plus taxes plus delivery fees, leaving little room for a tip from people who aren’t wealthy. DoorDash should never pay less than five dollars for base pay, especially in rural areas with booming towns.
