DoorDash - Dasher

What’s going on with dash I could be in a hotspot for a hour and no orders come through and on top of that the pay just to go to multiple houses and gas is 3.99 DoorDash has gotta do better before they start loosing dashers

Customer support is extremely hard to access due to the AI system even though i have priority access to customer support. There are multiple things AI doesn’t understand and tells me that it doesn’t understand what the problem i’m trying to explain is. The navigation system sends me on certain roads that are not suitable for safe driving and it puts me and my car in danger. AI couldn’t understand that and it hung up my call which is extremely bad for my safety. I have multiple problems with the app itself and representatives tell me my phone is the issue and not the app. My offers should not be automatically paused in the middle of my offers to slow me down. Every time i call to get it fixed they tell me to check my app and make sure it’s updated but when i tell them i have already done that in the past they tell me they cannot move further with my problem so my problem never actually gets resolved. Lastly my reports are sent with photo proof the store is closed and assisted with a representative and i still got contract violations anyway. All of my appeals got denied even though i had photo evidence and a representative confirming the store is closed on the line with me. This app is ridiculous and i have problems every single day and it makes working for this company extremely stressful because the in app issues are never resolved.
