This workout is truly amazing! It has changed my life. I use it a lot. The reasons why I love it is because of the trampoline, which is really easy on your knees and you get an amazing cardio. Lauren the trainer and creator is awesome! Her classes so fun! Motivating and ever changing workouts. The workouts are cardio combined with sculpting, weights, planks, etc. It’s very user friendly and very easy to follow, you will get hooked immediately. New workouts every week with throwbacks from classes before. Personally, I will never go back to anything else. Try it!!!
