User Reviews

Most reviews describe Breeze as a scam-like subscription trap rather than a helpful self-discovery tool. The top issues are repeated unauthorized charges (often after a $1 donation) of 4.99, 14.99, or 29.99, charges after cancellation, and slow or unresponsive refunds. Users report onboarding that enrolls them in a recurring plan, preselected cancellation options, and a difficult unsubscribe process. Many warn billing targets vulnerable individuals and urge banks or consumer agencies to intervene. Overall, experiences center on opaque billing, poor support, and little value beyond access to test results.
Pros
Cons
  • Repeated unauthorized charges (e.g., $1 donation followed by $4.99, $14.99, and $29.99) often appear without clear consent.
  • Charges continue after cancellation and refunds are slow or unresponsive, with many users reporting no reply to emails.
  • Onboarding and prompts appear to enroll users in a recurring subscription rather than a one-time payment.
  • Unclear or difficult unsubscribe process and support that is hard to reach.
  • Billing practices are perceived as predatory and harmful, particularly given the app's mental-health context.
Recent reviews
After the initial quiz, there was a page that lets you choose your own fee of as little as $1.00 because they "want everyone to be able to access"'the information. I was then quickly charged an unwanted separate upcharge fee of 19.99 which I tried unsuccessfully to have refunded to me. Customer service is a bot.

These people won’t tell you that you have to spend a certain amount of money for your test results. But then they charge you monthly without you knowing. To top it off I can’t even get into the account to cancel anything. None of my emails say that have an account, so how the hell are they still taking money from me. Stars off as $1 then $15 then $30 a month apparently. I deleted the app the day I got it, it is confusing and not helpful. And Apple says I don’t have a subscription. What ever you do don’t get this app they are scammers. And I needed that money for my kids school stuff so this just sucks.
