StrobeLite trains its users to react faster and more accurately to game situations. It can be used for basketball, soccer, football, hockey, tennis, volleyball, boxing, lacrosse, and much more!

Most training methods today focus exclusively on physical development, and little to none on mental development. It's time to start thinking differently about sports. StrobeLite is the FIRST training app that emphasizes brain training, while also incorporating the same tried-and-true sports workout techniques. It's YOUR workout, taken to the NEXT LEVEL!!!

HOW DO YOU USE StrobeLite?

Each color represents a specific action associated with your sport THAT YOU CHOOSE depending on your drill.

After selecting your amount of colors and the interval at which the light will flash on the screen, your workout will start! Out of the colors you have selected, StrobeLite will select a color at random to flash on the screen, which means you have to REACT ON THE FLY and perform the action associated with that color.

Over time, this hardwires your brain to react instantly to whatever situation the game throws at you!!!

This technique is based on the concept of perceptual-cognitive training to simulate real game situations and force athletes to react at game speeds.
