User Reviews
Pros
- Some users report improved sleep quality when using the device.
- Responsive customer service, including replacements when issues arise.
- The app was described as easy to use in at least one positive review.
Cons
- Unreliable app connectivity and session failures: users report the app drops connections, won’t connect, or fails to complete sessions.
- App dependency: the device cannot be used without the app, so a broken or malfunctioning app bricks the therapy.
- Persistent onboarding bugs: mandatory surveys or form loops that block progress or trap users in loops.
- Sessions not recorded or progress lost: users explain countdowns, missed sessions, or credit/record issues during therapy.
- Missing or unclear UI cues like battery level indicators, plus no low-battery alerts.

I was really hopeful that there’d be a solid alternative to having a cpap. This app ruins the whole thing.
1) Why does this device need to be app-dependent? Plenty of med tech can operate on its own. It’s almost irresponsible and inaccessible for there not to be a simple button on this thing to start a session.
2) If you’re going to make it app-dependent at the very least have a functioning app! This app doesn’t even do the bare minimum. Almost every time I’ve started a session so far the app has disconnected from the device towards the end. In order for the session to count, they want you to start all over! It’s so frustrating.
3) The customer service just isn’t there. This company went with the latest chatbot scam to offer unhelpful answers and then forwards the request to a person who may get to you the next day.
It really is a shame that a promising piece of technology that was well researched fell apart at scale like this. I’d say I’m glad I didn’t have to pay out of pocket but this is a waste of VA funds too.

After 10 months of therapy the mild to moderate sleep apnea is virtually gone. Sleep scores are consistently good and I can’t remember the last time I awoke with that feeling of gasping for air, it’s been months.
My only complaint is the app experience is totally at odds with my experience with the device. I’m not getting any glitches or issues anymore but it’s just such a subpar app relative to today’s standards. It has the feel of apps that are connected with companies barely making it and not able to afford real progress and refinement. Or alternatively, just don’t care about client experience at all. It’s a shame because the device seems to have real value. I hope this changes for the better in the future. Would be great if the app was a positive attribute and not an impediment.
An example of poor quality is the reaction time feedback test. I have yet to make it to the end of a test without it stopping responding to tapping on green. Works for some time then gets less and less responsive, then just doesn’t respond at all. I keep hoping it will work till the end because it is fun and might supply some useful feedback, but no such luck.
