Acron: Attack of the Squirrels is a cross‑platform couch party game designed as a companion app (not a standalone title). A VR headset host creates a room and invites friends on mobile devices to join as mischievous squirrels. The experience shines when played together on the couch, mixing competitive and cooperative play across VR and mobile devices.

In play, the VR player becomes a massive tree defending golden acorns while mobile players use seeds, pumpkins, mushrooms and other tools to steal them. Meet Zip, Chunk, Doug, and Sim—the quick, the shielded, the tunnelers, and the builders—as you plot strategies to guard or grab acorns across VR and mobile players.

The game used to be fun, but base functions of the game no longer work. Squirrels randomly launch up, acorns disappear or duplicate, and basic movement even has odd little mishaps.
