Recent reviews

Frankly, I’m pretty annoyed right now. I’ve had my Eureka SJ15 for a while, and I keep getting roller brush fault notifications even though the roller brush was recently replaced. I’ve restarted the vacuum, unplugged it, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The problem still comes back. The vacuum starts out working fine, then suddenly reports that the roller brush is stuck when there’s nothing visibly blocking it. As far as I can tell, there’s nothing actually wrong with the roller brush. What’s especially frustrating is that this has happened before. The issue will randomly disappear, and the vacuum will work perfectly for several cleanings—or even months—before the exact same false error returns. That makes me think this is more of a software or firmware issue than a hardware problem. I really hope Eureka investigates this because these recurring false error messages make an otherwise capable vacuum frustrating to own. I’ll update this review if I discover the cause or if a future software update fixes the issue.

Lots of functionality, granular control for my Eureka J15 Ultra. Enjoying customizing my setup! Very intuitive ui. Devs, the rotate corner on the threshold graphic is non-responsive so the threshold is enforced horizontal right now.
