Recent reviews
Their branch, Centivo Care, support line never has anyone ready to answer. I spoke to a representative at the Centivo Insurance branch and they even said they were having trouble reaching someone at the Centivo Care branch. I emailed them days ago for a call back and the email was not answered/nor did I receive a call back.
My issue was that they said I could not access the Centivo Care telehealth services until February 1st despite my summary of benefits stating that my coverage began early January. Disappointed with the lack of support especially since I had ran out of my medication and was looking for a fast/ convenient way of speaking to a physician through their Centivo Care telehealth services.
It’s a little frustrating that the insurance branch can’t reach anyone within their own firm and that there was essentially no support for me from the Insurance side except to give me a number that I’ve called multiple times without an answer.

They refuse to cover any part of any in or out-of-network costs. They don’t respect their own co-pays and out-of-pocket maximums. The listed in-network providers don’t accept their coverage. They try to negotiate with providers and when they ask for too much of a reduced bill and can’t agree, Centivo will refuse to pay entirely, leaving you with a $40,000 bill. This is the absolutely scummiest scam provider of insurance you can ever get. Please save your premiums for a company that actually cares about health over profit.
