Do yourself a favor and switch health insurance. Yes this is my experience and review but I will say working at a large company and the vast majority have had nothing but problems with Centivo. I can’t tell you how many bills they have coded wrong and have had to reprocess them. Their communication has been absolutely horrible in terms of understanding why it takes 7 months to process 1 bill. That’s not speaking for every single bill I’ve gotten but regardless it’s insane. We all know insurance is a scam in America just be careful who you choose.

Their branch, Centivo Care, support line never has anyone ready to answer. I spoke to a representative at the Centivo Insurance branch and they even said they were having trouble reaching someone at the Centivo Care branch. I emailed them days ago for a call back and the email was not answered/nor did I receive a call back. My issue was that they said I could not access the Centivo Care telehealth services until February 1st despite my summary of benefits stating that my coverage began early January. Disappointed with the lack of support especially since I had ran out of my medication and was looking for a fast/ convenient way of speaking to a physician through their Centivo Care telehealth services. It’s a little frustrating that the insurance branch can’t reach anyone within their own firm and that there was essentially no support for me from the Insurance side except to give me a number that I’ve called multiple times without an answer.
