Due to being a Kaiser mental health provider i have to use this app. It’s really slow, it shuts down often and won’t save the progress i make. When i discharge clients and want to take them off my roster i am able to do one or two and then it lags or gets stuck. I have to shut it down and restart it again. I just spent two hours re-writing an assessment from scratch because the app shuts down. It’s quite frustrating and angering.

It usually works, but often enough it does not work, usually not allowing a new assessment when one has already been sent out, but not completed. Today, it said it required an update to work, but the App Store did not seem to offer an update, as the blue button next to Lucet only said “Open.” Thankfully after I emailed this to Lucet they got back to me quickly, saying you have to click on the app image to get to the “Update” button. Annoying, but it seems to work again.
