User Reviews

The app serves as a basic, user-friendly Medicare coverage reference, but it frequently fails to provide personalized, actionable information. Users cite poor search, incomplete data, loading issues, and a need to contact doctors or Medicare for specifics, limiting its practical usefulness.
Pros
  • Provides general Medicare coverage information
  • User-friendly interface
  • Handy quick reference for potential coverage
Cons
  • No personalized data: cannot view claims/benefits or digital Medicare card (wallet integration missing)
  • Weak search functionality: difficult to find common terms and results are often non-useful
  • Coverage data is incomplete or not exhaustive (missing conditions, outdated or limited coverage details)
  • Occasional loading errors or blank screens
  • Not actionable: often requires calling a doctor or Medicare to determine specifics

I don’t need an app for services. I can do that at my desk. I need an app that links to my account and a digital version of my card. In my iPhone wallet. I bet we put a man on the moon again before the us gov can produce an app. China could do it.

Doesn’t give information on medications or classes if drugs for specific conditions which should be a priority for this type of application.

I was hoping for an exhaustive list of benefits. Try typing “Cataracs quote… Common surgery among Medicare recipients. Nothing found. Good luck.
