July 3, 2026 Needed to refill a prescription called the RC Clinic and was told by the AI assistant that a doctors assistant would be with me shortly, wait time approximately 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, still on hold I decided to drive to the clinic and talk to a human; 3/4's of the way to the clinic the answering service picked on the call and advised the clinic was closed for the 4th of July holiday and would have to wait until Monday. My time is worth $150/hr who do I bill for my time, gas, inconvenience?
