Sending a message to the care team is difficult. I don’t know if it is AI responding or the care team is slow or just doesn’t care, but answering simple “yes or no” questions typically takes 1-2 days. Even if I respond instantly after getting a response, I can be confident not to hear from anyone again for 24 hours, even if it is a follow-up to a recent lab or imaging appointment
