This is an app that asks for all kinds of permissions and stores tons of unneeded personal info just to replicate the control panel. On top of that the air quality indicator uses so poorly selected colors that one has to stare to guess what the reading is. No historical data, no tracking of usage and air quality. Nothing. Completely useless garbage.

If you are going to offer wifi connectivity to your devices, could you at least update your app, to include MODERN cell devices? You haven’t updated this app in 4 years. Your wifi tech is not working on iPhone16 ProMax. The app keeps sending me to app settings (e.g. local network) to enable a setting that isn’t there. To setup up the purifier on wifi you press and hole the auto button not the Ultimate Clean button! Press and hold UC and Eco comes on! Do you folks know how to operate your own appliances? Other than connectivity works ok, but this is bad, I’d like a partial refund for a non functioning app and appliance. $500 appliance and features aren’t available. Support is non existent. Ya don’t even have any AI help. Wouldn’t need an FAQ if you would UPDATE your APP!!!
