Kite Flight - Inmate Postcards

So now I have to call and dispute a charge I’ve purchased 20 credits and instead of the app using the one so already brought they recharged my card again . This is crazy this app has too many errors and bugs and it’s really sad

I don’t use this particular app as often as I use Flikshop due to all the errors and delays. I purchased 20 kites. As the review below mentioned there are different formats, which is great. Unfortunately there seems to always be an issue/error with no type of solution or number to call for assistance. It’s very frustrating... as well as very unfortunate being my husband has said the quality is a lot better than other apps. Bottom line I would not recommend this app at all... save your money! There’s obviously no customer support so that also means no option for refund!!! Very disappointing!! Update - since this post I was able to send 1 kite then the remaining credits were gone! I had 11 credits remaining and now I have -1!!! Horrible service!!

I just sent a kite. I had 14 credits. I was going to send a picture next, and suddenly I'm -1 credit!! There is no app support, no contact us for questions! DO NOT USE THIS APP
