Joshin is an employee wellbeing and support benefit. You can use the app if your organization offers Joshin.

Easily find confidential support for your emotional and tactical needs wherever and whenever you need it. Access neurodiverse and disability specialized resources, trainings and programs or directly schedule an appointment with a coach personalized to your needs and preferences right from the app.

With the Joshin app, you can: • Access specialized resources through the Joshin mobile app anytime, anywhere • Meet with coaches personalized to you and share how your story and needs • Complete training programs, find resources, and watch videos designed to support your needs • Message your Navigator and Coach to ask questions or get direct support • Track your goals and progress over time and add new goals along the way

HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Download the Joshin app and take a short assessment so we can support you right away
2. Discover recommendation and start using the on-demand resources
3. Schedule a time to meet with your Navigator to share more about your goals
4. Book your recommended coach(es) to get started
5. Attend your first session on the app or on your computer
6. Ongoing you’ll have direct messaging access and resources to your Navigator and Coach, use the Joshin app to access these features on the go.

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE JOSHIN FEATURES? Most employers offer all features within the Joshin platform (Coaching, Training, Navigation and Resources). However, some employers may choose to offer only some of these features. When you enroll and login to the Joshin app you will see what your specific employer offers.

WHO CAN USE JOSHIN’S SERVICES? Joshin is a mental support and wellbeing benefit offered to individuals and their families. If you’re not sure whether your organization provides you and/or your dependents with access to Joshin, please contact your HR team or partnerships@joshin.com
