The purpose of this app is to provide Team Jodi_D coaches and clients with a system that allows us to communicate with each other about what actions should be taken to make progress towards client goals.

The app includes the ability to submit, review and monitor things like -

• Body Metrics
• Nutrition Plans
• Training/Activity Plans
• Supplement Recommendations

It also provides a messaging service so coaches and clients can speak to each other about their plans and progress.
