Recent reviews

The app is not intuitive to navigate; not efficient; when trying to contact provider, the list of options for the reason for contact is less than adequate. It’s a very frustrating experience. This app is not patient centric and should be overhauled with the input of patients and the medical staff to provide what is necessary and helpful.

Useless when the Captcha spam factor puts you in endless loop. Be better!!!!!

Why are reminders sent in App for test that lab work that has already been completed? And the Drs say they can’t get rid of them. Very Irratating to keep receiving messages for test done 5 months ago such as Mammogram request 91/02/26 and completed 1/19/26. Yet it still reminds me. One would assume that the result or appt would remove it it. No such thing. I think it is there for life, similar to medications. If you go on an antibiotic for 10 days it will take 10 doctors and 10 months to remove it OR it may just stay on there. Yet they ask you every visit……
