I used to have no issues with this app, but now I can’t log in at all. When I enter my email and password and press “Next,” the button just blinks and nothing happens. If I try to sign in with Google, it shows an error saying I’m trying to register instead of logging in, and that “this email already exists in the database.” I contacted support, explained everything in detail, and even recorded a video - but they told me to write in the in-app chat, which I can’t access because I can’t log in! Please help me, I’m desperate. I need to top up my account through the app, but I’m completely locked out.

I just got it and it has told me several times that my identity verification has failed. I look the exact same on my I.d as in the photo I take. And I have yet to get a response from anyone.
