I have been patiently waiting for the app to be updated — after few versions of agony; the app will only displays a picture THEN NOTHING! I had to use their website to purchase the eSim before my travel. I even “delete” the app, redownload the app — after the past 3 + 1 app-updates, it continues to frustrate me. It’s time to look for other options..
