Users find PneumoRecs VaxAdvisor to be a helpful and useful tool for vaccine guidance and learning guidelines, but the app suffers from recurring date-of-birth/date-entry glitches, navigation and UI blockers that prevent progression, stability issues like crashes and unresponsive controls, and lag or failure to reflect the latest vaccine recommendations.

Pros

Very helpful and easy to use.
Provides vaccine guidance based on patient data and keeps current recommendations; quick to use.
Useful for learning current guidelines and suitable for students.

Cons

DOB/date entry glitches (only future dates and restricted birthdate entry).
Navigation blockers and UI issues that prevent progression (Type 4 bulletin on small screens, difficulty swiping, cannot continue, article stuck).
App instability and crashes (crashes on iPad Pro) and unresponsive controls.
UI elements become greyed out or unresponsive, rendering parts of the app unusable.
Outdated content; update not reflected for latest vaccine recommendations (Prevnar 20/15).

App says it’s updated to the 3.1 but still showing the prior recommended age group of 65 and older. I tried uninstalling and reloading still doesn’t reflect update.
