This app is made incredibly poorly. After having this app running for as long as it has been, and with this company making as much money as they do, you’d think the least they could do is have a functional app for their patients. Every single feature has days where it just doesn’t work at all. For example: I received an email on the app from my provider. That part worked great. When I tried to click the button to respond with my own email, the app refused to take me to the page where I could type my response. It showed I clicked the “forward” button (which is their version of “reply”) and absolutely nothing was happening. I had to restart the app entirely three times before it worked. Oh and fun fact: apparently you cannot receive ANY of your radiology images through this app OR most of their offices (even the one you got the imaging done at, which is absurd). You’ll be able to see the report of the findings on the images that were taken, but good luck actually seeing any images of yourself with your own eyes without extensive legwork on your part.
