Help! I have been using your app for a few years and it recently started displaying a black screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, this seemed to have temporarily fixed the issue. It has since reverted to permanently showing a black screen when I open the app. I tried to contact you through your tech support feature, to no avail. Thanks!
