The app hasn’t recorded a drive since May 18th. Says there is a technical issue at the top of the screen but it doesn’t seem like it’s being addressed.

I do appreciate the safe driving app and the benefits, but here is my issue with this app. It without fail will always say i’m the driver when i’m a passenger or won’t even notice that i’m the driver. There have been times where i’ve used my phone after i’ve shut off the car and it still detects that i’ve used my phone “while driving.” I’ve also noticed it will count me as a driver when i’m a passenger in someone else’s car and quite often it does that. It will not always send me notifications about a drive either so I am not always thinking about correcting the app if i don’t get notified consistently. These issues have caused my score to go down and doesn’t accurately reflect my own personal driving.
