Need to work on the accuracy of the app tracking.

The app works well for the most part. My number one issue by far is the hands-free calling restriction. I know other insurers with similar apps do not restrict that. The reason hands-free calling came about is exactly as named. To allow for make or receive a call without looking at or handling your phone. If I’m not mistaken, it came to be exactly to be a safety feature. To say it’s inconvenient and troublesome is an understatement! There are many times an important or urgent call from family or work comes through or needs to be made and I’m/we’re punished for it. The other features and restrictions are mostly understandable. Hard braking is questionable, only in that is an evasive maneuver needs to be made, again we’re punished for it. Having said all that, the hands-free calling restriction is overreaching and so incredibly unnecessary!
