Tracking is always a little awkward at first but after trying several, Carbon makes is the easiest to make tracking a habit. Interface is simple and the database is huge. It’s second nature. And the Coach works! I’m down about 25 pounds since I had open heart surgery in January. I realize I have extra motivation but this reduces a main point of friction.
