User Reviews

Overall sentiment is negative. Users report blocks appear via notifications but vanish instantly, making them impossible to claim. The app is plagued by glitches (maps, scheduling) and there are consistently few or no delivery blocks for many drivers. Perceived favoritism toward preferred drivers leaves new users with little chance to work. Some accuse the system of bots grabbing blocks. Customer support is often described as unhelpful or scripted. A few reviews credit the company in certain regions and note that preferred drivers can get early shift access, but issues outweigh positives.
Pros
  • Regional strengths: the company is great in certain areas.
  • Preferred drivers get early access to shifts.
  • Long-term drivers report the company as a great place to work.
Cons
  • Blocks disappear immediately after notification and cannot be claimed.
  • Frequent app glitches and display issues, causing blocks to not show up correctly.
  • Very few or no delivery blocks available for many drivers.
  • Perceived favoritism toward preferred drivers, leaving new users with little chance to work.
  • Customer support is often unhelpful or scripted.

After 8 months after signing up, I got accepted. The app has a lot of issues. The pay is very low For the amount of work you have to do. For some reason the apartments I have to deliver to are 30 miles from the station. There are a lot of apartments nearby by that they deliver to, but I rarely get those. I see the same people getting those routes all the time. The blocks are very hard to get. If you check at exactly 10 am on Thursdays you might be able to get a few for next week. They cancel about half the blocks I get about 3 hours before and you won’t get paid. If you cancel within 6 hours, you’ll get a violation. If you see a really good block the same day and you grab it, Chances are you are going to be a backup and you won’t get a route, and they will only pay you $15 for waisting your time. After spending 3 hours delivering. You’ll have to drive back to the station to return the key fobs.( for free) most of the time I do a 3 hour for $63 I end up driving about 60 milers not counting the trip to and from home. This is by far the worst way to try to make money. They want you to be free all day so they cancel whenever they want.

As others have stated, when you receive a notification for a job offer as soon as you click the notification, the job offer disappears. There’s no way anyone is accepting jobs that fast. I have the app for 3wks still haven’t seen a job. Don’t waste your time
