Remotech empowers customers in self-troubleshooting and manages support ticket resolution

Remotech is an app by Henkel to address the technical customer queries from the Flexible Lamination industry, remotely by enriching the user knowledge.

The app provides a detail knowhow on various defects that predominantly occur in the lamination process of flexible packaging material, whether Solvent Based or Solvent Free in nature. Information about the defects provides a clear understanding as to why does a particular defect arise and/or how it can be prevented, in the first place. And if already occurred what all steps once would need to take to resolve the same, to avoid production downtime. In addition, with the troubleshooting guide, when a particular defect could not be addressed, the user also has an option to log a ticket to be seen by Henkel technical customer service experts to quickly step in to resolve the cases with pictures, videos or a live video call options, as may be applicable.

The app can be used with wifi and mobile data, but the user is advised to use in wifi mode when in production shown. Please read through the user guidelines thoroughly and provide your consent before start using the application.
