User Reviews

Users appreciate the app for easily downloading and sharing ultrasound photos and videos and for being free and convenient vs printing. However, many reviews highlight reliability problems: slow performance, frequent crashes, login/download failures, and loading errors (white screens, stuck onboarding). Updates and device changes can wipe data, and there’s no smooth cross-device transfer or robust login backup. Access often depends on provider links that may expire after 90 days. Overall, usefulness is high but reliability is inconsistent.
Pros
  • Easy to download/save and share ultrasound pictures and 4D videos from the app.
  • You can save images directly to your phone and share them with others.
  • The app is basic and free, making it accessible.
  • More convenient than printing photos and easy to share with family.
Cons
  • Persistent performance issues: slow, buggy, crashes, login problems, and difficulty downloading images.
  • Images and videos frequently fail to load or show a white screen, making it hard to view files.
  • Onboarding and initial setup can be broken or stuck on the how-to screen.
  • Updates or device changes can wipe data, and there is no reliable cross-device transfer or backup.
  • Access often depends on provider-sent links that may expire after 90 days, risking lost access.

This app is extremely slow and buggy. I keep having a hard time to log in to view my images. And once I’m logged in, it wouldn’t let me download the images. I have to keep closing the app and reopening it again to have it work once out of 9 tries…so frustrating.

I’m not the one to complain but my doctors doesn’t offer prints at all they only give you ultrasound pics via this app and I have been trying for 4-5 months now to view my ultrasound pics and they will never load. It just stays on a solid white screen. It’s really aggravating and pisses me off cause I just want to be able to have the pics of my child. Guess I won’t ever be able to download my pics or even view them. Smh.

I’ve had this app for 3 years since I was pregnant with my daughter and even though the like says the pictures only stay for 90 days I still have all the pictures and videos from when I was pregnant with her 3 years ago. I’m pregnant again and they use this app to send the ultrasounds again and all of my pictures are in the same place together and I can see all of them. I have downloaded this app into multiple phones in the 3 years and my pictures and everything always shows up.
