I usually do 60 squats for 30days then bump it up after the 30days. So the option to change the amount to what you want is a great bonus that other apps don’t give you. I like the count down and the reminder options. Overall I like this app.

If you do the work but forget to use your phone while you do squats, you can’t manually enter them in. Once the day is complete it would also be good to see what comes next

To use you have to put on your thigh and go up and down. Which is not good because it doesn’t help with having good form to do squats
